Empowering Street Kids and families, Building Stronger Communities
The Street Bridge Foundation is a youth-led initiative that rescues the kids from the perils of the streets. Pledged to the principles of love and humility, we mobilize resources to not only re-enroll them in school but also facilitate their re-assimilation into society by enhancing the economic well-being of their families.

How did we come to be?Brief History
Founded in December 2021 by a group of Isomo Academy/Bridge2Rwanda Scholars, The Street Bridge Foundation was moved by the plight of countless vulnerable children struggling to survive on the streets, as it was at the height of the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Recognizing a surge number of school dropouts and street kids, who were left to fend for themselves without access to basic necessities such as food, shelter, and education.
The Foundation mandated to mobilizing resources geared towards rescuing these children from the perils of the streets and providing them with a chance to lead a dignified life.
